FireLens.com provides a photo printing service in partnership with Photo Film Maska at 700 Casavant West blvd in St.Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada. To purchase a printed photograph, you simply need to click the Proceed with the order... button below and follow the steps. You will need to enter a FireLens.com Pre-Paid Card number (which you will be able to purchase on-line at step 4), or a FireLens.com Fidelity Card number (to allow you to pay your order when picking it up in store instead.
Important
Payment: Pre-paid card
You will need a FireLens.com Pre-Paid Card to place your order. It is therefore not possible to place an order without paying upfront (except for those that hold a fidelity card). If you do not have a pre-paid card, you will be able to purchase one while you are placing your order (a link will be provided to access the on-line card purchase service). Photograph orders must therefore be pre-paid (except for those that hold a fidelity card).
Availablity and delays
Most photographs published after May 7 2009 are eligible for express ordering. An order deemed express means that the photograph you are ordering will be transmitted immediately to the Photo Film Maska print shop as soon as you enter your pre-paid card number at the end of the ordering process. The photograph will therefore be available for in-store pick-up as early as 24 to 48 hours after having placed your order!
If the photograph that you wish to get is not available in express ordering, it will therefore have to be processed manually. An additional delay of a few days will be required for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your photograph reaches Photo Film Maska. It will therefore be available 24 to 48 hours later, starting from the time you received the confirmation e-mail.
Picking up your photo
You will have to go pick-up your photograph at PHOTO FILM MASKA in St.Hyacinthe (Quebec, Canada) once it is ready, or call in store to arrange delivery. The store's location and contact information will be provided at the end of the order. Photographs are therefore no longer delivered to the fire stations so to make processing quicker.
