    How do Fire Lens F1, F2, and F2 Pro differ?
    All models have the same features. The difference is size and battery: F1: 200 mAh, standard frame (lighter fit) F2: 300 mAh, large frame F2 Pro: 420 mAh, large frame with longest battery life
    Can I install prescription lenses?
    Yes. Fire Lens frames support prescription lenses. Visit an optician for installation. Demo lenses can be swapped. Optional Blue-Light and Polarized lenses are also available.
    Can I use Fire Lens without the app?
    Even when your smart glasses are not connected to the mobile app, you can still use built-in voice commands to perform essential functions. The glasses are designed with onboard processing that allows them to recognize and respond to specific voice instructions independently of the app. Available Functions Without App Connection: Capture Photos: Just say the command (e.g., “Hey Fire Lens, Take a photo”) and the glasses will instantly snap a picture. Record Videos: Use the command (e.g., “Hey Fire Lens, Start recording video”) to begin recording. Say “Hey Fire Lens, Stop recording” to end it. Record Audio: Say (e.g., “Hey Fire Lens, Record audio”) to start capturing voice or ambient sound, and “Stop recording” to end the session.
    Does Fire Lens Assistant support multiple languages?
    Yes. You can change the voice command and response language in the app. Supports 25+ languages for translation.
    Is my data secure?
    Yes. Voice and image data are encrypted. Nothing is stored unless you opt in (e.g., saving voice notes or enabling cloud sync). You can manage and delete data anytime via the app.
    Can others trigger my Assistant by saying “Hey Fire Lens”?
    Rarely. Wake-word detection is tuned to your voice, but false triggers may happen.
    How do I update the firmware?

    Is there a warranty?

    Can I use Siri, Google Assistant, or Alexa?
    Yes. You can still access your phone’s assistant (e.g., Long Press Touchpad) while using Fire Lens. Both assistants can coexist. Use Fire Lens for AI-specific tasks, and your phone’s assistant for device-specific commands.
    The person on my call hears an echo. Fix?
    Lower the volume slightly — high speaker volume can loop into the mic. Ensure glasses fit snugly, and avoid extremely quiet rooms.
